Rev. Dr. Barbara S. Wallace is the Director and President of Lord & Wallace Consulting, Inc., bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role. With a distinguished career as an FBI Special Agent, Dr. Wallace established crucial programs such as the Victim-Witness Assistance Program and the Community Outreach Program, which laid the foundation for her dedication to supporting others. After retiring from the FBI, she answered a divine call to pastoral care, earning a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care & Counseling and founding Lord & Wallace Consulting, Inc. to continue her mission of helping individuals through faith-based counseling.  

In addition to her pastoral counseling, Dr. Wallace holds certifications as a Mental Health Coach from the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Board of Christian Coaching. Her extensive background and commitment to integrating spiritual insight with practical mental health strategies allow her to provide a unique and nurturing environment for clients. Rev. Dr. Wallace is deeply dedicated to guiding clients through personal challenges and fostering their emotional and spiritual growth, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
