During her distinguished career, Dr. Wallace established pivotal programs such as the Victim-Witness Assistance Program and the Community Outreach Program, which laid the foundation for her passion for support and advocacy. Upon retiring from the FBI in 2005, she felt a divine call to extend her service into pastoral care, earning a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care & Counseling and starting Lord & Wallace Consulting, Inc. to continue her mission of aiding those in need.

With over 16 years of experience in the field, Dr. Wallace’s transition into mental health and pastoral counseling has been guided by her extensive background and deep faith.
